The practical details to know before planning your first campaign.
Can my company name appear as the sender?
Yes. Sender ID setup is included. Your requested name must meet the network requirements and is limited to 11 characters.
Can I message Orange and Lonestar Cell MTN numbers together?
Yes. Keep both networks in one contact list and send them as one organized campaign. Delivery can still vary with number validity, handset status and network availability.
How are long messages charged?
One credit covers one SMS segment to one recipient. Longer standard messages use 153 characters per segment. Unicode uses 70 characters for one segment, or 67 per segment for longer messages.
How long do credits last?
Credits remain active for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Which payment methods are planned?
Payments are not being accepted yet. MTN MoMo, Orange Money and bank transfer are planned; final currency and exchange terms will be confirmed before launch.
Do I need a developer to send campaigns?
No. The service is designed around a guided workflow for contact upload, message preparation, scheduling and delivery reporting.
